RENTAL TERMS<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

This contract is a distance contract aimed at defining the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products on the Internet through the platform\u00a0<\/span>www.qrentcar.com<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n

*Age and Driver’s License: When taking possession of the vehicle, you must present a valid driver’s license. The license must have a minimum validity of 1 year. The minimum age for rental is 21 years.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY AND RETURN<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

The vehicle must be returned to the specified return location in the contract. Our vehicles are delivered 24\/7. Delivery and return of the vehicle outside working hours (from 18:00 to 09:00) are subject to a fee of 30 Euros (330 MAD) to be paid on-site.<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 3: ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

For your convenience, we recommend paying for your rental by an approved payment card, in cash, or by check from Morocco. The payment of the estimated rental amount will be required at the departure of the vehicle. Non-compliance with the agreed rental period during the vehicle pickup will result in the automatic billing of the current public rate according to the period. A security deposit by debit or credit card will be required upon vehicle pickup. It must be in your name, and the amount of the security deposit is equal to the deductible. For the rental of the vehicle, Quaraouiwine\u00a0car, as the Lessor, will request a pre-authorization from the client’s designated bank for the necessary deposit amount for the reserved vehicle’s rental period. In the case of total franchise buyback, a minimum security deposit of 300.00 euros is required in case of lost keys or vehicle documents or non-presentation of an official accident report (friendly, police, or gendarmerie report in case of an accident).<\/span><\/p>\n

ARTICLE 4: OFFENSES AND FINES<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

By the principle of personal liability for offenses committed during the rental period, you are responsible for any infractions. Thus, you are informed that your details may be disclosed to the police authorities upon their request.<\/span><\/p>\n
