RENTAL TERMS
ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE OF THE CONTRACT
This contract is a distance contract aimed at defining the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products on the Internet through the platform www.qrentcar.com.
*Age and Driver’s License: When taking possession of the vehicle, you must present a valid driver’s license. The license must have a minimum validity of 1 year. The minimum age for rental is 21 years.
ARTICLE 2: DELIVERY AND RETURN
The vehicle must be returned to the specified return location in the contract. Our vehicles are delivered 24/7. Delivery and return of the vehicle outside working hours (from 18:00 to 09:00) are subject to a fee of 30 Euros (330 MAD) to be paid on-site.
ARTICLE 3: ACCEPTED METHODS OF PAYMENT
For your convenience, we recommend paying for your rental by an approved payment card, in cash, or by check from Morocco. The payment of the estimated rental amount will be required at the departure of the vehicle. Non-compliance with the agreed rental period during the vehicle pickup will result in the automatic billing of the current public rate according to the period. A security deposit by debit or credit card will be required upon vehicle pickup. It must be in your name, and the amount of the security deposit is equal to the deductible. For the rental of the vehicle, Quaraouiwine car, as the Lessor, will request a pre-authorization from the client’s designated bank for the necessary deposit amount for the reserved vehicle’s rental period. In the case of total franchise buyback, a minimum security deposit of 300.00 euros is required in case of lost keys or vehicle documents or non-presentation of an official accident report (friendly, police, or gendarmerie report in case of an accident).
ARTICLE 4: OFFENSES AND FINES
By the principle of personal liability for offenses committed during the rental period, you are responsible for any infractions. Thus, you are informed that your details may be disclosed to the police authorities upon their request.
Our rates include:
- Oil, maintenance, and on-board documents.
- Vehicle availability.
- Unlimited mileage.
- Unlimited third-party liability insurance and accidents caused to third parties.
Our rates do not include:
- The non-deductible or deductible in case of theft of the vehicle.
- Fuel: Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as at the start. Otherwise, the missing fuel will be charged at the public price in addition to filling fees of 600 MAD including taxes.
- Fees for non-return of a rented vehicle accessory.
In case of accident, theft, or fire:
The tenant agrees
- Immediately inform the lessor of any accident and provide a legible copy of the friendly report within a maximum of 48 hours, specifying the circumstances of the accident signed by both parties. In case of police or gendarmerie intervention to establish a report, we debit the total amount of damages plus the insurance surcharge pending the final decision of the court.
- To report theft or fire to local authorities, inform the lessor, provide the receipt of the declaration given by the authorities, and return all vehicle documents along with the key set.
In case of unavailability of the reserved vehicle or breakdown:
Quaraouiwine car does not commit to providing the tenant with a vehicle of the same model but guarantees a vehicle of the same category or a higher category in case of unavailability.
ARTICLE 5: MODIFICATION AND REFUND
You can easily modify or cancel your reservation by sending us an email to quaraouiwine-car@hotmail.fr . Don’t forget to include your reservation number, which you can find in the confirmation email.
Extension:
If the tenant wishes to extend the contract, they must request prior approval from Quaraouiwine car at least 48 hours in advance. In the case of an unauthorized extension, the client will pay a surcharge on the rental price.
Modification:
Subject to availability, the fees for modifying a reservation are 30€, to be paid on-site.
Early return:
Our fast return policy is as follows:
- For modifications made 48 hours in advance, we refund 20% of the rental price.
- For modifications made less than 48 hours in advance, we refund 0% of the rental price.
The reservation cancellation must be made by email at quaraouiwine-car@hotmail.fr .
